about the workshop
The 2nd international workshop on the “Impact of Groundwater in Earth system Models (IGEM)”, which will be held on Monday-Wednesday, March 18-20, 2019 at National Taiwan University (NTU) in central Taipei, Taiwan. This workshop is part of the bilateral (France and Taiwan) project, IGEM, with the objective to bring together experts in groundwater modeling, land surface model (LSM) development, interactions between groundwater and climate, and remote sensing applications on the measure of groundwater changes, to discuss the state of the art on the relationships between groundwater and the local/regional/global water cycle variabilities.
